Millers Trust have arranged an Open Fans Forum which will take place on Thursday 3 December 2009 at 7.30pm in the Carlton Park Suite at the Carlton Park Hotel, Rotherham .

The Forum will provide fans with the opportunity to engage in a Question and Answer Session with our Special Guests:

•  Chairman – Tony Stewart

•  Manager – Ronnie Moore

•  Commercial Director – Steve Coakley

•  Chief Operating Officer – Paul Douglas

There will be a nominal fee of £1.00 for entry to the Carlton Park Suite to help cover the cost of hire of the room, PA system and microphones.

The scheduled timing of the event is 7.30pm to 9.30pm. The bar will be open prior to the event from 6.30pm and will re-open at 8.30pm during the break.

As an existing member of the Trust your membership will continue until 30 June 2010. Membership Renewal forms will then be sent out for the new membership year which will commence on 1 July 2010.

The Trust is to organise and co-ordinate a New Stadium Fans Working Party to consult with fans and the Club on matters such as seating and other stadium facilities. Tony Stewart has confirmed to the Trust that he both invites and welcomes such involvement and consultation with fans. We envisage that the Working Party will involve a wide cross-section of fans.
